Technical Operations Supervisor

Through my career, I held two Supervisor positions in Comcast overseeing one of the largest and challenging cities in Boston (Cambridge Massachusetts) and during this time I received the 2014 ACE Award for holding the top place in core metrics in Comcast Greater Boston.  From here I transitioned to the Chelsea and Everett team which proved to be one of the most hyper-competitive overbuild towns in this footprint.  My passion for the business and our people led this team into first place, 3 years in row, standing out in the Region.

2008 - 2011

Technical Operations Support Analyst
During this time I managed a workforce of 100 technicians. Supporting each tech with escalated and VIP customers.  I quickly became the subject matter expert on all Comcast Core Products and supported our mobile device launch.  Tested and implemented new products into the field and supported installations when needed.  Provided final resolution on long-standing customer issues.  Trained and certified technicians on ladder handling and installation of new products.  Conducted Fleet audits and maintained a fleet budget.

2005 - 2008

Comcast Lead Technician

Installed all Comcast Products, Residential and Business Class to a high degree of satisfaction.  Trained new hires and Worked special projects for the town and government facilities. Resident expert in underground wire routing and cable manipulation.  White clove VIP treatment and escalated troubleshooting.

Founder and Owner

Graphic Design and Web Development, for all nightclubs in Boston and NY.  Designed promotional material and ads for Stuff at night magazine and other various magazines in the industry.  Responsible for all bidding and purchases as well as hiring.  Worked with companies like (US Department of Labor, Gilette Corporation, Avalon nightclub
